摘  要：本文研究科技革命对城市、规划行业及学科发展的作用机理，探讨行业和学科可能出现的新动向、新趋势和应对措施。研究认为，科技革命通过促进城市经济的繁荣，催生城市社会需求，进而改变人文、社会及空间环境，从根本上改变规划服务。新一轮科技革命冲击下，规划行业面临着社会、空间伦理秩序、研究逻辑的重构，对规划师的知识面和理论深度要求提高，规划空间治理角色的转变等一系列变化。此外，科技革命还挑战城市的空间秩序，彻底改变人与人、人与空间、空间与空间的关系，规划学科发展需要更加关注自然世界与虚拟世界的空间伦理建设，注重规划的综合治理，注重学科自身的核心价值，强化学科的科学性、包容性、哲学逻辑性。

Abstract：The research discusses the working mechanism of the revolution of scienceand technology on the development of cities, planning industry and disciplines. lt pointsout potential new fields, trends and countermeasures. The study concludes that therevolution of science and technology is fundamentally changing planning services bypromoting the prosperity of the urban economy and generating urban social needswhich in turn change the humanistic, social and spatial environment. Due to the influenceof the new scientific and technological revolution, the planning industry faces a seriesof changes, such as the reconfiguration of social, spatial ethical order and researchlogic, the increase of requirements in planners’ knowledge and theoretical depth,and the transformation of planning spatial governance role. In addition, science andtechnology challenge the urban spatial order, and the relationship between people andspace thoroughly. The development of planning discipline needs to pay more attentionto the construction of space ethics in the natural and virtual world, the comprehensivegovernance, and the core value to strengthen the scientific nature, inclusiveness andphilosophical logic of the discipline itself.
